Why am I being charged sales tax ?
The state of IL. requires us to charge sales tax on all transactions because we are based in IL.

How do I get my graphic or picture to you?

How do I wash my new shirt?
The shirts are printed with waterbased ink and should be washed inside out in cold water and dried on low setting of dryer.

How long does it take to get my shirt?
If we have your shirts size and color in stock, it will normally ship out in 1-2 business days. If the shirt color and size is not in stock, it will normally ship within 3-4 business days.

What if I am not happy with my order?
We strive to deliver quality shirts for every customer. On "your design" custom orders we will email a proof to you if you request and it is important that you check it over and inform us of any problems. Please be sure you communicate as precisely as possible what you want on that order. We will make every effort to resolve any issues to insure you are happy with your product.

What us your refund policy?
Pertaining to our shirts, there are no refunds as these are custom made to order shirts. We will make every effort to insure you are satisfied and will correct any problems that you may have. Please infom us right away if you have any problems and we will do all we can to insure your satifaction. Items other than shirts such as sunglasses, collector toys, etc. we will gladly return your money within 30 days less shipping charges.
